Shipping Policy
Every order from Customized Stage Scrims is custom and made to order, so shipping works a little differently than an off-the-shelf product. This policy explains our general approach. Specific timelines and costs are always confirmed on your individual quote.
Production & timelines
Production begins once you approve your mockup and final measurements. Standard production typically takes about two to four weeks, varying by finished size, fabric, decoration method, and current volume. Rush production may be available for a firm opening night, tour date, or event — ask us for a target date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted per order based on the finished size, weight, and destination of your piece and is typically added to your final invoice. Large drops fold or roll compactly, which keeps freight reasonable even for full-stage pieces.
Delivery & tracking
Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. We provide tracking once your order ships. We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request.
Multiple destinations
We can split a single order across multiple addresses — provide a distribution list with your order, useful for multi-campus churches, touring routing, or multi-venue programs.
