Every scrim and drape we produce is custom-decorated and sewn to order to your approved artwork, measurements, and specifications. For that reason, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup and measurements you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy — it covers our errors, not a change of mind or a re-measured stage.

Why we work this way

The free-mockup approval step exists precisely so you can confirm every detail — artwork, fabric, color, dimensions, and finishing — before we cut or print anything. Because each piece is made uniquely to your stage, custom scrims cannot be restocked or resold, which is standard across the custom stage soft-goods industry.

Reporting an issue

If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at george@customizedstagescrims.com with your order details and photos, and we’ll make it right.
